Our professional game development studio based on & off the Roblox platform is in need of a considerable amount of Administrative Staff for next year's launch. We're anticipating around 1,000+ - ~3,000 active users during launch and will be in excessive need of support staff available to handle possible inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be of age 15+ at time of applying(Moderator), 16+ for Administrator, 17+ for Senior Administrator.
- Previous experience in moderating active games or at least 100+ member discord communities is not required but highly recommended.
If chosen you will be put into the respective position or Trial position at the discretion of the studio based on application results. It is possible you will be discussed about it privately regarding your placement before the final decision is made.
"How do you know you'll be getting these many players?"
Currently our marketing is handled by a different studio on the platform with over 2 Million members and several games. As well as one of our Studio Executives being the Project Manager for Creatures of Sonaria, so you can rest assured we're working to do what we can!
"Will we be getting paid?"
Moderation staff aren't paid. There are plans to reward the administrative department in the future once income rolls in for their dedication and effort towards helping out the studio, but the position is still otherwise voluntary. [ Ex: Paid in R$ or a set USD as gratitude. You get game perks either way. ]
"The group and/or discord look empty?"
We're focusing in the background for the most part with development and haven't finalized the server. We're still in the works of doing that, what I can promise you is it will be ready for the launch during early-mid 2024.
