Is there a problem?
This game is an original idea and I am working hard to find an investor.
Yes, the quality of a game is an exact projection of the quality of the development team. If your not even giving guaranteed pay you’d be lucky to find any developers at, and especially not decent ones. Even if a good developer wanted to work for the game there’s no telling the quality of the team so it’s generally a bad work environment. People don’t like to work every single day for something that has a really low or any chance at all of benefiting them.
I am flexible, maybe not everyday, but I do want progress in the game.
You can’t expect your team to work on a schedule if your not paying them. Think of the real world, people to apply to jobs that give them a % of the business income.
The only jobs that do anything similar offer a base pay and part of what they make per sale.
Also I’m not completely sure this abides by the marketplace rules.
I can offer a base pay, if they need one.
And what can you offer?
How much base pay would you want?
If I would be working every day I would atleast want 5-7.5k for the power ups and guns done.
Nvm, one of the owners just said he can pay developers.
Not sure how much yet.
