If you want a successful game, plan it

For people with no experiences here are some tips:

-Budget, make sure you have a budget before beginning a project

-Split the budget, for example: 100k for the devs, 100k for advertising and 50k as a back up money

-Find good quality and persuasive developers

-Lead the team to success

Yea but the most interesting fact , is in that , if game wont be successful imma not get robux , but devs will get for that they tried to do , so paying in mid-project will be problematic
