It's based on how much of the time they've played roblox in your game compared to others. So the amount roblox pays out is split between all the games so if they spend like 100% of the time in your game all the robux from the time played goes to you but if they spent 10% of the time you only get 10% of what roblox will pay out even if they were there for like 24 hours
