Hello!

I was having problems with lights.
I create extra large maps, like REALLY large maps, and by doing this, i'm like... especially concerned about lights because i'm using them all the time, and i had some issues with them.

(i'm not gonna complain about the dynamic light system, even if i hope that we could have an option to make ALL lights dynamic in the future)

It wold be cool to link lights between them! or selecting multiple props, allow us to manage all props light system at the same time.

And it wold be helpful to let us modify the exact place where the light point will be

Hello! Yeah, a dedicated light mass management system does sound like a hyper-specific ask! If there's enough energy behind this idea, we can definitely look into it though!

Meanwhile, a few things that may help you:

  • If you copy an asset after tweaking its light, it will remember the settings!
  • You can add floating lights through the magic bar (Ctrl+K --> Add Light)
