I don’t understand what just happened. I’ve overloaded the fire spawners. One of the spawners had a shiny Hippowdon and Lucario but when I ran through the Lucario was gone and a shiny charmander was there instead. I caught the charmander and now the Lucario is back now that I’m running through again

May be because they share a spawn origin, can spawn 4 species of pokemon but can only be overloaded to spawn 3 max. It probably saved the lucario in some sort of cache in the origin.

I think you’re right that it saved the Lucario and put the charmander out in its place
