I've been working on a living Home Dex since about 2 years ago and am missing these three event exclusive mons. I used to keep up with all the games and events up through USUM and stopped playing when SwSh which meant I missed them. I don't think so? Not with a game save anyway. I didn't mod my old 3ds until a decent while after I started my dex project so I couldn't back up my old saves at the time.
