For those looking for raging bolt or gouging fire your best bet would be gts trade on home I traded away an extra palkia and dialga to get them and you can get iron leaves or walking wake that way

Definitely a good way to do it for the Dex. Only thing I would be weary of is alot that comes from gts is usually hacked
