1st Turn

Salazzle > Toxic
Lilligant > Light Screen
Sealeo > Ice Beam

Explanation:
By using Toxic, Salazzle not only does damage over time but sets the stage for its next move, Venom Drench.

  • Ice Beam for x4 damage
    -Light Screen accounts for the less desirable outcome.

2nd Turn

Salazzle > Venom Drench
Lilligant > Quiver Dance OR Pollen Puff (as needed)
Sealeo > Swagger

Explanation:
Venom Drench lowers Speed, -Sp. Atk and Atk but only if the target is poisoned, and -Quiver dance raises Lilligant's Sp. At, Sp. Def, and Speed by one stage making way for its powerful grass move, Petal Dance, however Pollen Puff restores 50% of an ally's hp, so use either depending on what is needed.
-Swagger raises Atk but confuses the target, thus there 50% changes it may attack itself.

3rd Turn

Salazzle > Venom Drench
Lilligant > Petal Dance
Sealeo > Ice Beam

Explanation:
-Going for big damage this time with Petal Dance and Ice Beam

  • Cross Poison for additional damage
