Takes a surprisingly long time to go across the full Paldea map and reach/clear the raid crystals. I believe so, though you'd have to be the host to do so, since it goes off the host's clock.
though, if you save before midnight, then you can also reroll it that way without having to change the date. Not quite as fast, but might be a bit less work.
without an outbreak, it would still be 1/683 with Shiny Charm & Sparkling Lv. 3 sandwich -- same as the paradoxes -- so it's up to you, tbh.

for outbreaks, it does, but you can still spawn your exclusives in either scenario. I think aqua and blaze normally only spawn in one per group, though, so maybe clauncher would be a better one to hunt at this point.
