I don’t really care for IV’s. Just tryna breed the shiny Paldea starters. I don’t really have anything that good.

Try this trade code in S/V 44484448. It’s a known link code to trade dittos to get foreign ones. If you get another Eng one just do it until you get one. It’s how I did it.
