If you put Kyogre in the front slot of your party, and participate in a dynamx advneture, then Peoni (the girl who offers paths) will offer that path again :)

Here's a better explanation from the intenret "Put the legendary first in your party then participate in any Dynamax Adventure (doesn't matter if you win or lose). After you're done, talk to Peonia and she will offer the path for 5 ores."
