Any shiny froakie males?

Unfortunately, not even a regular Froakie. A shiny is a tough option, even with Masuda breeding, as it’s more than 1 in 300, and I’m not a shiny hunter. However, I can get some starters with 5 IVs and hidden abilities, and I can try to get a normal starter I don’t have if it’s available without points in the DLC. But shinies are difficult. The ones I’ve gotten were by sheer luck, and the ones I’m thinking of getting are the fixed ones, like the shiny Munchlax from the minigame.

But the gender is easy, since I am breeding.

I have all 3! It's likely that they all have 3 hidden abilities, Charmander certainly does, they still probably have good IVs.
