However if you want them to have different apris just to have them, it's just asethetic for Ditto. (not everyone realizes Ditto's ball doesn't pass in breeding lol)

yep! any evo in SV that requires a level up can happen even at level 100. But it does have to be the rare candy and not the XP candy
