Why would you want 0speed or 0atk iv valiant? Its a glass cannon who is meant to hit first and hard. Also, its atk stat is 130, literally it's best stat. It's also fairy/fighting making it 4* resistant to foul play.

I run hard trick room teams and I like a particular set with moonblast. Play rough is not as reliable. And in trick room, 0 speed can out speed certain mons

A shiny that I want or a legend as the shiny valiants took way too long to find, the odds of finding one within a shiny, title and encounter lv 3 sandwich was about one every 30 mins
