So these 2 are your basic needs, I would be surprised if you don't win, with both of these.
Strat:
1 person spams Wide Guard EVERY TURN while Ice does all the damage. Very simple.
If you cant fill the squad with Ice or Wide Guard then here are other things that can help out massively:
The move Life Dew: (The Loving Big Sister) Life dew recovers a good amount of HP for the whole squad, if you don't have Wide Guard I recommend spamming this instead. Pokemon that have this are:
Roselia, Togetic, Audino & Hatterene.
The moves Fake Tears, Acid Spray & Metal Sound: (The Smelly Little Brother) These moves when spat or screamed at Zygarde will dramatically lower his Special Defence, making Special Attacks hit him that much harder!! The Pokemon with these moves are:
Octilery, Accelgor, Lairon, Skuntank & Glalie.

it usually depends on if we can get lucky with the mons. with zygarde you want mons with ice moves most but if not usually fairy and dragon. you also want to have a pokemon with wideguard which prevents the spread attacks from hitting
