1 last tip, for myself, the best way to find a good seed is to see which pokemon are available and the pick order when choosing in the beginning, and the pokemon available on the route, https://www.serebii.net/swordshield/dynamaxadventurespokemon.shtml
this shows the available moves of each pokemon, typing isnt always the most important thing, screens and debuffs are also vitally important, knowing if the legendary has aoe moves or only single target, the best way to see if a seed is good for a group is to test it online with a certain amount of people as that also affects it

screech, metal sound, acid spray, fake tears, are the debuffs

wideguard, light screen, reflect, charm, eerie impulse baby doll eyes are the debuffs, simple beam, worry seed, are the debuffs

its all really complicated but learning more about it will make seed searching alot easier and ultimately save you alot of time if you're planning on shiny hunting all the legends

Lairon isn't the main damage dealer atm only doing 0.25x, however Bronzong would have 0.5x on it dealing that little bit more damage.

Next is Chansey: Bronzong is a Phys attacker so that's fine

Mr. Mime: While Lairon does 2x due to Rock Slide, it's usually dead before it hits Lairon cuz of Bisharp

Xerneas: Bronzong dynamax and does more damage than what Lairon can do

Also iirc, Bronzong is quicker... Not sure how much quicker though
