Ooooo It looks really cool, I was just looking it up and it looks good for defensive types but not so much if you're wanting to be full offense but I could be reading it wrong and it have A lot of uses

Offensively it boosts non stab moves by 1.3 and Stab moves by 2 times. but only once

and tera blast becomes super eff. on all tera types and becomes 100 bp while lowering atk and Sp Atk by 1 per use
