Every raid done in the raid channels are always free for all. Making a thread is useless and it wont server the purpose of it being a community channel. We also dont want to limit the raiders and hosts to what they would like to run, the host will run dens or pokemon that they feel like running. You can vibe in the channel and chat with other raiders while you wait for a specific pokemon den you need.

not a thread, a post like this https://i.imgur.com/IYKXPYX.png
it's more effective that way cause say that I type "Hey guys I'm shiny hunting Latios now, if anyone wanna join hit me up" in the existing thread, that will get lost if other people are currently doing a Dynamax adventure cause people type there a lot. And I'd prefer to keep both the thread and posts active cause the thread is more for vibe and chatting

you can also use the voice channel once you found a group. its kinda slow in #dynamax_adventures so you can post there and still be able to communicate fairly easily

I'm giving you perfectly reasonable scenarios for making posts for more effective playing but if you still don't want it I've got nothing more to say

A couple things:

  1. The main reason for not allowing posts like in #1112832566261731328 is because of the difficulty in moderating conversations. In addition, people often change their hunt target with different groups, so having posts would require people to continue jumping to different posts every time, rather than staying in one channel. Like Rekeos said, there isn’t much conversation usually in #dynamax_adventures , so it’s fairly straightforward to communicate in there.

  2. For #tera_raids , this is highly inefficient in regards to raids. Hosts are welcome and encouraged to host as long or as short as they want, and with multiple people joining multiple raids, having them spread out in their own posts means that people will have to constantly go in and out of posts just searching for codes. Requiring the hosts to keep changing the title of the post also makes it more tedious to host, likely making people less likely to host at all. And finally, separating the hosts from each other makes them feel like automated bots, and a great deal of the hosts enjoy talking and hanging out in the channel. Pushing them each into their own post, isolated from each other, will likely make hosting feel like a job or a chore. People host because they want to give back to an active community, not to feel like they’re just doing a job. We already have feedback that doing so would make people stop hosting altogether.

If you're trying to convince me I won't be convinced. When people are doing a DA run, they usually type a lot in the chat. And I've seen sometimes where two different DA's are happening at the same time, makikng two different conversations in the same chat. And if you're talking about the main reason of moderating conversations, there are 100x more BBQ quests posts there would be than in DA.

I don't see the harm in making posts for DA, I don't think people would be discouragred from hosting like in raids, I wouldn't at least but I can't speak for everyone

I honestly don't care about raids.
I only mentioned it so it wouldn't be left out.
