Also I didn't know Pokemon could gang you so I experienced that for the first time with two Driftloon ganging up my Shinx and Rowlet

Yeah, I loved the whole sorta chaotic unknown vibe that surrounded most things to do with Pokémon. Battle rules out the window, Pokémon are scary and violent, bandits, it was great, and a super refreshing take for longer-term players in particular.

I love the Pokédex most of all tbf, the system of completing it, how it wasn’t just catch and done forever, even Cylene’s entries, some of them are hilarious

There’s three people in Yellow Gyms, spread out over the church and town sign, that have had their Pokémon trapped for like 3 days and I feel so bad for them. I’d go and set them free, but it’s not really in my day-to-day path XD

I know 3 days isn’t bad, but this bar and the local warzone local park are the only ones that switch colours with any regularity, and this one we have here is only due to my mom and sometimes others, so I guess we’re pretty fortunate
