Icelandic is fun and all but it’s like it takes ordinary everyday words I know, like kveld/kväll, and makes it look really scary yet recognisable by adding lots of unnecessary letters. Kvöldið

I had to learn some Icelandic when I lived in Norway for a bit I don't know why though

I think it’s so beautiful and interesting but quite challenging even if I see a lot of similarities in it. Makes it a bit less daunting but not a lot

I cannot complain though because learning languages for fun really helps me stay creative with my art too
