I would say, just remember to save before having the picnic to gather the eggs. If you don’t get a shiny, it saves a hell of a lot of box space and time too

Also, the shiny is determined as the egg is generated, so you can just keep hatching and resetting until you get the shiny 🙂

There are actually a couple of ways to shiny hunt, like picnic resets, outbreaks, Masuda, etc. it depends on which one you’ll be using, but for Beldum, I’d say probably isolation is the best way. There’s a YouTuber called PanFro Games who makes tons of useful shiny hunting guides for most Pokémon, so I can definitely recommend checking out his content 🙂

It’s a bit annoying tbf. You need to give it a Leader’s Crest, which you can find on Bisharp surrounded by Pawniard in the Bamboo Forest. Then, when you have the item, I think you need to defeat 3 other Bisharp surrounded by Pawniard while holding the Crest. It’s incredibly specific and annoying 😅
