I have heard of people spending hours trying with charm and sandwich, and I guess I was lucky as I found mine in 45 minutes with a sandwich but not the charm.

Might try resetting for an outbreak to make things easier? Usually dreepy seems like a common outbreak, if it is fine with you?

Yeah, I figured either an outbreak or I'm pretty sure dreepy is a prominent spawn at the dratini crater near fury falls
