That's okay!! Did you unlock area zero? The paradox Pokemon are all exclusive, along with the version legendary, the rest can be caught in raids(although that's a bit of a grind)

i'm 4/8 victory road and 2/5 path of legends and i still haven't seen a shiny

Sadly, the path of legends is the best though!!! Some of the upgrades are game changers!!! Do you have a charcadet (No. 155)?
