Gifts being held hostage honestly is a real pain. I’ve already given out 51 gifts but it’s taking forever to give out the other 100 I need for the shiny Mew research. This is just the beginning I know that but I already did the Kanto dex complete and the 151 great throws so I’m progressing at least

Going to probably need to wait for a dragon type Pokémon community day before I finish the next part, but I think they do something like that at the end of every year of every Pokémon that had a community day

I think i managed 151 gifts in 2-3 days purely because I had A LOT of friends - might be worth just adding loads of people and sending them a gift (plus if they open, it's a quick 4k exp from memory)

But yeah december will be a community day reroll, so at the very least you can chase gible. There's usually one dragon locked behind field research too (3 excellent in a row) so could chase that too

I’m not sure, but if you want to evolve a Magnemite just walk with it using Adventure Sync as you buddy

A Magnetic Lure being used on a pokéstop might help some spawn but you need one of those active to evolve Magneton into Magnezone so I wouldn’t use one for Magnemite just yet

It’s Genesect Douse Drive’s debut in the game but it can’t be shiny. Giratina and Darkrai will be other legendary raids in October, both of them can be shiny though
