Regigigas seems easier, it was probably a glitch but the circle was orange for half the day, went back to being red but still catching them within 7 or so pokeballs

I googled the info and as Sami said, you need to have done all the other Rocket Special Researches, such as: A Troubling Situation, The Higher They Fly and An Inter-egg-sting Development, if you have any of those you will need to finish those before getting the A Seven-Colored Shadow Special Research

Ho-oh isn't quest specific, each quest will give you a super rocket radar. No matter which one you do, you'll get shadow ho-oh (which is how some people can get multiple shadow ho-oh, cos they've held onto the old radars from previous quests)

I been up for about an hour and a half (only bc i theoretically have to be logged onto work comp by 8am ... then I go make coffee, shower n stuff heheh)

@radiant vigil theres a time zone limit to sound where i live you can lsiten to what you want 8am-9pm i think then you gotta be reasonably quiet
