to illustrate cho’s point, the hundo actually wins against the rank 1 with 0 shields, but loses with 1-2 shields
my abomasnow won against charizard bc they ran out of shields and didn’t get to bb in time, this is the greatest day of my life

what level is it?
it doesn’t rate highly on pvpoke despite having decent bulk, so unless it’s close to 1500cp when evolved i’m not sure i’d spend a bunch of dust on it
with hydro pump you probably don’t need to spend 50k dust to unlock a 2nd move
you can always try it out and see how it does when gl comes back. i’d save the dust for now though
