I think it just honestly depends what’s in your meta at the moment. I see a lot of snowbamas so I wouldn’t run any dragons but if you’re not seeing a lot of ice mons/charmers I like dragonite a lot

Well shadows don’t have the standard rate, they’re all boosted so sneasel would be like any other shiny shadow

I think sneasel's boosted rate is the same as the shadow shiny rate anyway, around 1/70 or something
