@fallen quarry for xerneas, i start my curveball near the middle of the screen. it’s a very short throw, too—similar to how i throw excellents on snovers

i’m not good at circle locking so i throw just as he’s landing after a jump, since the target is fairly stationary at that point

raiding at friendly gyms w/ a best friend will get you +6 balls, and having a gold/platinum fairy medal will help too

if you don’t have gold yet, you can definitely grind it during this event!

i get maybe 50% excellent throws, 50% nothing throws and haven’t lost a xerneas yet

only one of those i've ever seen used in pvp is mew. for celebi i moved the shiny one over but kept the normal one. if you don't have them in sw/sh i'd say move it over, because i can say i've never used them at all for anything in pogo lol. and also, even if you send them over and they're competitive, it's not like the meta will (likely) ever be that rigid that if you don't have them you're screwed or something
