On mine I run Mudshot (fast move) , then Earthquake and flip my second charged move between outrage /sand tomb (sand tomb lowers defence in pvp) but garchomp isnt super crazyyyy meta in any go battle league as of yet unfortunately but is definitely useable if you want to 🙂

But i also already have many better dragon attackers so thats prodiminently why i use sandtomb over outrage, if you dont having a high cp one with outrage is just good to have until you get better dragons too !
