You get XL randomly from wild spawns, higher cp/level the higher the chance you’ll get xl candy from the catch and transfer, some catches grant 2-3 XL.

If fletchling is weather boosted....trust me in 6 hours it builds quick.

Yeah I don’t think anyone’s in disagreement with you there, ponyta is far superior as a shiny and they should of kept the blue for rapidash, just another case where the pre evolution exceeds the final.
