You need to have the dex entry already in your game in order to transfer them

You can migrate a normal, non-shiny, from pokemon home to a sword/shield account regardless of pokedex status.

(I have not done this next part so I am going on what was said) Shinies cannot be migrated from Home if you do not have the pokemon in your pokedex. You can migrate a non-shiny to take care of this problem.

If the pokemon is from Pokemon Go, you can do neither of these things?

Hi, got a question on friends in PoGo. Is there even a point in having friends you don't raid with or live in the same country/region with?
Getting to "Best Friend" status with a friend involves 90 days of work which rewards 100k exp which you might use a lucky egg to double to 200k, roughly 1k~2k exp per day (depending on lucky egg use).
Meanwhile adding friends and opening a gift for the first day bonus is 3k, and you can unfriend-refriend them to get another 3k the next day and so on which is much higher.

To my knowledge, the only perks that come with "Best Friend" status include having more balls to throw during invited raids, more damage to raid pokemon, discounted trades and guaranteed lucky trades. However if said friend doesn't respond to your raid invites nor send you any, this is no perk at all. Also, you can't trade with someone beyond 40 km away (usually a different country/timezone).

Am I missing something here? Is there a point in making a Best Friend with someone in a different country and who doesn't invite you to raids (beyond let's say the stardust and items from opening gifts, that you can get from other "daily" friends)?

You’ll get a research line that will unlock a super radar, the super radar is used to find Giovanni at stops though majority of the gios can be decoy grunts, however if you have a super radar before your next balloon , it will be guaranteed Gio, usually doing this rewards the shadow legendary.

Yeah there’s a lot of people in these discord servers that make terrible hosts, they either fail to prep, don’t realise the time on the raid and it usually runs out or their judgement is terrible.

I keep to myself, if I really need help I usually only need 1-2 people max, so I don’t host, I don’t need 15-20 people jumping down my throat just to raid.
