Hey just a question about team rocket balloons can i get one to spawn anytime of the day or just during the daytime when raids are available

Rocket balloons show up 4 times a day, 6am, 6pm, 12am and 12pm.

But if your game is off they’ll appear the moment you open the app, let’s say you open it at 5, you’ll get the one from 12 and have another an hour later at 6.

Balloons linger around for about 15-20 minutes, then they’ll disappear and you’ll have to wait the 6 hours for the next.

Is there a way to increase the chances of getting grass type pokemon? I am really trying to do the Team Rocket event for the shiny Celebi before Celebi is gone at the end of the month.

Just keep huntin- the only common grass type atm is cottonee (always is-). You can use incense, but bulbasaur spawns should be up in a few days, so you'll probably find more grass mons soon. No grass mons in this event.

I dont have any mossy lures. Only the normal lures for pokestops. I've been basically jumping up if there are footprints for grass types - I've caught a chespin and a turtwig because of this.
