You can't do 250 raids in a single day ...
you can do MAX of 9-10 raids in a hour and that's if you have a pro group and no one in the group will slow you down during this all time 😅
The best thing you can do @rustic nova is farming excellent throws, but even in Snover spotlight when it's super easy to excellent I could barely reach 250k exp in 1 hour with a lucky egg on.
So unfortunately I don't think it's possible for you to reach 40 before the new year :\

I went from 35 -> 40 in a month and so my mons never caught up

You can modify open street map at your leisure

My raichu is double moved. 4 hits charges up Brick Break and 5 hits charges up Wild Charge. I like to charge up enough for Wild Charge, but then use Brick Break instead. Seems to work well, as in the Ace league the people seem to know how many hits it takes to charge up attacks. They then block, thinking it’s wild charge, when in all reality it’s not. Then I actually use wild charge, and most the time they don’t block it, and die.
