All of those legendaries are very good if they have their signature moves

But their viability depends if you’re using them for pve or pvp

Necro and dialga are great, idt eleki is very good just cuz electric types aren't great in master league with all the dragons and stuff running around, and ray is horribly outclassed since megas aren't typically allowed

Yeah like already mentioned necrozma and dialga are the best all around for pvp, dialga preferably wants roar of time but it’s not as crucial as spacial rend is on palkia (since roar of time is just draco meteor without the debuff)

Mega Master League seems to be a somewhat recurring meta now (it already returned this season and will return again from nov 18-25 as well) so mega rayquaza is definitely a good choice for that

It used to be a low energy, decent damage bait move. Now it's a high energy, good damage nuke. It's usually only used by mons that lack type coverage otherwise (like Nidorina above only had Poison moves before Thunderbolt was added)

Sableye was another mon that used it before Power Gem got buffed

I don't think any mon prefers it at the moment, but it's a decent option

Aren't the eevees spawning more commonly than usual? If so this might not be accurate

During the eternatus event it only showed the max raids as the ones that spawned at the start of the day, it didn't reflect any that changed over the course of the day, so something similar might be happening
