I have an odd question, if a pokemon has a pokemon go stamp on it, what exactly does this mean? I have heard people say that means it can’t be hacked or cloned while others say it can, and I am not sure which one is accurate. I am also not sure where else to ask this.

The first time you do a route that day, at the end of the route, there's a chance a green shiny cell shows up on the map.

When you click on it, 1-3 cells are added to your cube. Short routes pretty much always give 1, longer routes have a chance of giving multiple.

You can collect 3 cells per day, but that doesn't mean you just need to do 3 routes. Some days you may have to do more than 8 unique routes to collect the 3 cells.

Don't think I've ever had to do more than 10 but chance is chance

there's a couple of ways they can do it. let's use 10k storage for max as an example because i can't remember what max is, and it's a clean number

currently you can buy up to 10k storage. they said even if you're at max storage, it will overcap with the level rewards. so your storage goes to 10,150
if you were at 9,850 before, you would go to 10,000. but can you then still buy up to 10,150?
