Genie is great for anything that isnt too popular, but if the raid is new/super popular, hosting and joining can be faster and easier on other apps. I have multiple apps downloaded for different uses

Got the Skiddo from the timed research since I was finally able to go out for a bit to get some stops. Now I got Gogoat and just need 7 Pokémon left for the Kalos dex (course 3 are unreleased so platinum's not possible yet)

But just need to evolve Noibat, hopefully get Klefki from the Global Go Fest but have no way of getting Hawlucha since that's not a global spawn just a specific Go Fest location gets it

See if you have a nearby group on Campfire doing a GO Fest global meetup; if someone there went they probably have more than a few extra luchador birds. They'll probably want to build some friendship to reduce the cost though. I'm still looking to give away Sun/Moon crown Eevee and pyschic type Oricorio from last year's in person event.

I think people are overreacting tbh, since its a much better deal than anything else in the shop. If you're not gonna buy it, then don't. A lot of people will, but you don't have to. People were willing to spend $10 solely for a lucky trinket. For a mobile game, this is really cheap. Also everyone seems to look at it as "$20 for a bottlecap" or whatever when you're getting a ton of other stuff with it. Anyway, its funny at the end of the day, so everyone should keep it up

I don't normally evolve my max mons unless they're a high IV. I was gonna do a raid yesterday but everyone got kicked out of it and I said that we don't have good max mons and they were fine with it

Yeah, thats fine if coordinated. The problem is the random remotes that have these people. People joining remotes didnt consent to carrying, especially when youre dealing with only ~21 people unless the host has irl people too

If you only have 21 people and 10 are looking to be carried, you basically are trying to clear with 11 or less people

So it ruins the matchmaking

Yeah Blissey is an incredible option. The amount of times I've joined with the gmax counter and then am the only person on my team with a Blissey is a lot. If I didnt bring a Blissey every time, my teams would die early

All you need is like a level 30 Blissey to be helpful

You can level 40 a gmax mon with candy from 4 or 5 gmax battles, and you also get like 175k dust

So with the golden bottle cap one task says complete 20 raids and the very last one says complete 40 raids. So do i need to do a total of 60 raids or will that first 20 count towards the task asking for 40 raida

the quests for a particular IV need to be done in sequence, they cannot be done simultaneously

you can't progress any of the later ones before doing the earlier ones. and it won't do retroactive tracking

If you're asking about 11 and 15 atk tasks, then yeah, you need to do 60, and can't start on the 40 counter until you get to 14 atk. Later tasks dont start counting until you get to their level. Its like tasks you havent even unlocked yet

Mind you, you have 365 days to do this, assuming they dont give us another bottle cap with a 7 day use timer within the next year...which isnt out of the realm of possibility. So get grinding

Golden bottlecaps are a rare item right now, and either way, it maxes the stats. So purely from a "best bang for your buck" value in terms of stats gained, Zacian wins

Yeah id say probably best to use it on something that will benefit from all 3 stats and doesn't need that much of a grind, but it's also up to you which pokemon you like

Because the amount of raids you have to do with it is crazy

if you're going to mainly be using the zacian for max raids, the only stat you need to prio is attack, since it should never be in battle trying to tank attacks

eg a 15/0/0 would deal the same damage per hit as a 15/15/15. generally you like HP and Def high as well so you don't get one shot during raids
but for max raids you're only using zacian to do 3 max attacks and then switching back out so other than attack nothing really matters blissey too good to tank

Higher cp is the result. Level + Iv decide the stat, which decides output/dmg. CP is just the value of all the stats combined. "Combat Power" is more like a "this is a general estimste of the overall strength", but like a lower cp mon with higher atk will do more dmg with the same move, and the lower cp could just be due to lower hp or def ivs. IV and Level are what matter, as they decide the stats, which are used to decide output
