Instead, all Zorua will just appear to look like the one thats your buddy. So if your buddy is a non shiny Zorua, all Zorua you encounter will look non shiny before you catch it.

Its a current glitch, presumably involving the fact that XXL Pumpkaboo and XXL Gourgeist are separate forms than their regular sized counterparts

raids are simply mindless tapping so something harder is very welcome in my eyes but they should scale with how many people there are in the raid, and offer better rewards for more people like candies and stuff, the way it is now, not many people will be able to do them

You misunderstand. I didn't say "40 people cleared it together simultaneously," I said that the point filled with 40 people leaving pokemon at the max battle point after they cleared it

Multiple groups cleared the max battle and were able to leave pokemon behind after within the first 3 minutes

I mean, to be fair, by saying there were groups of people clearing within 3 minutes of it dropping and the fact that there are 11 people there rn shows you're not in a community that would be suffering from this. I think people complaining if it requires a local group of more than 10 people at a time have a very fair complaint. If you can get 11 people in person within the first 3 minutes of content dropping, and 40+ people having already been there in person, you obviously would have no reason to complain. But a lot of people with active pogo groups in rural areas can't get more than 7-10 people together in person for an elite raid or shadow raid, which means they have a reason to worry and complain for raids that require even more people and are even more regular of an occurance.

Im still not sure how many people it realistically requires, but if it's 10+, that is a big red flag for most rural players and a fair reason to complain

I have like 200k rn and just go out daily, spins some stops, and do a route, and come home at a minimum. from my 1 raid i did earlier, my experience is that it ends up coming down to like 10 mons left while the max mon has like 1/3 HP left and then those 10 mons with cheers from everyone else carry the remaining HP because you can almost keep yourself alive infinitely depending on which mon it is/your counter

i was using a metagross vs venusaur. whenever i maxed, i would do 2 heal 1 defence, then keep attacking when small

Locally i can take on tier1 and tier 3 normal raids by myself BUT when it comes to tier 3 Max raids they are too strong for 1 person. I barely was able to get Beldums on my own. But Falinks just wrecked me.

What makes it worst you can't remote the Max raids. Which limits the max raids as many people need others remotely to join them. As not everyone has the luxury of having large groups around or going to big events and gathering with others, People have jobs and commitments.

Also there is hidden time limit on Max Raids. If you take too long the Max Raid pokemon will just start 1-Hit KO'ing your Pokemon.

I've encountered that a few times with the Beldum D-max raid. Meaning even if you try them solo and your pokemon are able withstand hits from Max Pokemon, if you don't have the damage they'll just 1 Hit KO you after a while. It's rather bad.

It was only 3 with the same IV, and the possible IV range is a small amount for a dynamax ghastly. It's not as weird as it might seem at a first glance. I'm pretty sure it was just a classic example of weird RNG. Especially because you got one with a different IV as well. This doesn't read bug to me at all tbh. But Niantic is known for bugs, so who knows.

• use the weakest of the 3 mon to tank attacks then switch to good mon for max
• reset the raid if it's "fast" charged move is megahorn (it does way more damage its dumb)
• use max shield + 2 max attacks probably, max spirit is garbage in solo

Mons still need to be pretty strong but helps at least get a few good max turns off

Dodging is definitely either broken or just a terrible feature for max raids lol

You can trigger it sometimes but it's wildly inconsistent if you do it like you would for a normal raid

Personally I think they should remove dodging altogether than all kinds of battles; that kind of tight timing-based thing doesn't work well with touch screens or mobile network games

I like it for soloing normal raids, it let's you use like 1 primal groudon and keep it on the field for a lot longer than having to heal it every 20s

Max raids you can't back out so that'd be a lil more exploitative if it worked properly, I could see removing that being alright

I try to keep at least one of everything. Usually any shiny, the largest, and the highest IV. Everyone has a different reason for playing, but I enjoy collecting in the origin game and very rarely transfer to home or mainline games

If I ever decide to quit I might transfer most of my good stuff to home, but honestly I might just leave them as well. I've always been someone to just let my accounts die in games that I quit. I've never seen games as some sort of investment that I have to cash out on at some point
