I recently did that. Cubone, you can get a marrowak from the pvp random encounter in the 3rd win, and that counts. Drowzee is just a random rare encounter in the wild as far as I can tell.

8/9 is harder imo, because you need very specific field research for the pokemon

At least it's a marathon and not a sprint though. That research isn't going anywhere

Honestly, catching everything you see has been the best way to get ditto's for me. I've been playing since Februrary and I've gotten at least 6 dittos and just got a shiny ditto right now. Just keep up with catching and eventually rng will be on your side

If you mean the one in the shop right now for 350? That's the same price per pass as the 525 for 3 bundle that's always available, but you also get a lucky egg, so yeah, if you need passes, it's the same value as normal but with a small bonus

Anything that gives passes for 175 or less per pass is a better than normal deal

Since 525/3 = 175

And that's the cheapest you can get them normally

Like this is 175 per pass, since 175x2 is 350, but you also get an egg

If they never touch it again, I'd say it's a failure, but I expect them to keep tweaking it and adding to it. As long as they do that, I'd prefer they keep it. I'd only want them to revert it if they refuse to fix things

I'd much rather do another raid, get 3-9 rare candies, and spend 1+ on the mewtwo and be much better off

it raises the stats of the pokemon and offers some benefits like more candy when catching pokemon of the same type in the wild. It's not permanent, but once you do it the first time for 300 energy, you can make the pokemon your buddy and get more mega energy for walking around. So as long as you can mega evolve them once, you technically always have a path to mega evolve them in the future. A mega evolution lasts for 8 hours

and this event gives 300 energy in step 5, so you have just enough to mega evolve once

and then you can make diancie your buddy and youll get more energy by walking around to mega evolve them more in the future

so basically, everyone who completes the tasks at some point in the future is guarunteed a mega diancie

But you get 400 from this research, so you're good. Also there are field research tasks right now that give 10 for powering up pokemon 10 times, so you can get even more that way.

Not guaranteed obviously but with the shadow birds the birds got 2 rotations each. It went articuno Zapdos then moltres then rotated back to articuno and cycled through again

Yeah, it's not timed, so you can complete it at your own pace, as I said earlier. Masterwork research is meant to take awhile. That's why the numbers are so big and the 4th stage has a 7 day time gate. The time window is just for claiming the research to start it.

Based on their criteria, of course a game with 12million players is going to have more reviews that mention bugs than games with 1million players or less...more reviews will usually mean more reviews mentioning bugs
