Togekiss walls Garchomp pretty well. If you need a bit more leeway, don't lead with Machamp but instead immediately switch to it. That will give you ~1.5 or 2 seconds where Persian will not attack and you can get in some cheap hits. Kyogre is going to hit very hard.

Ditto is one of the few Pokémon to have been available via a ticket as a guaranteed shiny. it also, has no use in raids. you could probably flip it with someone who has enough friendship to make the trade not expensive or another decorative shiny or maybe for a foreign regional at a large event, with the understanding that anyone traveling for a large event probably also bought the ticket for the event that gave out a guaranteed shiny ditto.

Question for you go players, I recently am trying to get back into the game now that I have a phone that can run it, but I also want to look into getting a peripheral like a gotcha or a plus. My main thing is I need it to do most of the catching and pokestop spinning automatically since I want to capitalize on how much walking I do at work, and on that same note I need it somewhat discreet. I can't be wearing or keeping in my pocket a hockey puck shaped like a poke ball

We want to make everyone who is hoping to remote raid Origin Formes of Dialga and Palkia during the Sinnoh Tour - Los Angeles event during February 17-18th aware of the below:

Trainers without an active Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh – Los Angeles ticket or Citywide Gameplay add-on can participate in Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia raids, but will not be able to encounter a Shiny one, or one that knows its signature attack, until Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh – Global

Please keep that in mind when deciding to raid during the Los Angeles event and remember that hosts may be infrequent/limited during that weekend.

As someone who played the early gen pokemon games, it's still surreal to me how common many shinies are in pogo. I've gotten a few in the last 2 weeks, but got 0 over years with gen 1-4 of mainline games

Pogo and SV are my first games back to pokemon since Platinum, so it's a big difference

Due to power creep Pokebattler has Cresselia at 2.44. We have gotten much stronger counters against her than the first time ahe was out. However, she takes a hit very well and if people don't know what they are doing or expect to be carried she can be a rough 6 person.

Do special research when it comes out. Research breakthroughs are every seven days of doing field research. That one is a low chance of getting a pass though.

Spin those discs for the 2km eggs, I've had so many decent shinys from them. The 5, 7 and 10s haven't been giving shinys often

Half hatch distance helps as well for hatching them
