So for Ruby, that's: Plusle, Solrock, Trapinch, Volbeat and Castform Sunny.
For Sapphire, that's: Minun, Lunatone, Wailmer, Illumise and Castform Rainy.

Additionally, Ghost type mons from field research (Sableye, Shuppet and Duskull) seem to be Medboosted (1 in 128ish).

The mon you choose in your research: Cacnea/Surskit/Gulpin will be Medboosted for you. (1 in 128)

As well as this, the Regional mons from 10km eggs are highboosted. (1 in 64ish)

Kecleon is Medboosted (1 in 128ish)

The following are naturally permaboosted (1 in 64ish): Nincada, Chimecho, Absol, Mawile, Feebas, Clamperl.

But Go data suggests that Gimmighoul will be catchable and it's the roaming form

So at least we have a way to obtain the roaming form instead of chest form

attack low for great & ultra league PvP altho it’s not the case for all mons - it means for some if their attack stat is low their CP can reach closer to 1500/2500 (the limit for those leagues)
