Powering Up a Pokestop means someone's actually bothered to do Scans of it.

There are 3 levels, all of which will decrease after an amount of time has passed.

Level 1 gives slightly more items.
Level 2 gives slightly more items, and an extra buddy heart on spin.
Level 3 gives the same, but with additional spawns (if stop) and bonus balls in raids (if gym)

Pokemon with bigger circles are easier. Otherwise I think it's mostly just practice

I curve ball, before I throw, I make sure the circle is at the correct radius, wait for it to attack, then throw before the circle shows up.

What are you basing the premier ball catch rate off of?

Use some golden razz, hit some great or excellent throws. I don’t think I’ve ever had a shadow flee.

It gives you a limited amount of premier balls to use and I only have 3 golden razz berries not to mention I probably won’t get to try and catch cause he has Pokémon with their cp in the 9000s and it’s impossible for me to even beat him
