i found a list of legendaries he's had in the past, but it feels like there's some gaps in more places than i think shouldn't have them

If I'm understanding this right, every shadow legendary that's been released through Giovanni research since October 2020, which to my understanding was Shadow Mewtwo at the time, is available from Giovanni until the next research line is available, usually four to five months later when the next one is released, as long as you complete the previous one by then.
Would this mean Giovanni would continue to have shadow Latios until the next research is released? Would the super radar from part 15 of Misunderstood Mischief still give me Latios since I got it two weeks ago?
