Standard raid box is more worth your value just for the raid passes than the more expensive ones

Standard is 87.5 coins per pass
Great is 91.66667 per pass
Ultra is about 95.66667 per pass

Checked the value of all the premium items in the boxes
Standard box is giving you 1.428 coins worth per coin
Great is giving you 1.207 coins per coin
Ultra is 1.5 per coin

Great is 100% not worth it, and ultra is maybe worth it if you care that much about star pieces, but if you’re buying the raid box, to do raids, standard is the best value

Having a GO origin mark and being GO stamped are two different things. A GO origin mark just means it started in GO. A GO stamp means it's never gone to any game other than HOME, and is a better indicator of legitimacy, but ultimately is not a castiron one. GO stamps can still be hacked. The difference between the two is better asked in #hackcheck_discussion, mainly because I lack pictures on this phone to show the difference.

guys I have a question. If i have registered a normal version of a pokemon in the pokedex (but not a shiny) and i try to trade for a shiny version of it, will it count as a registered trade?

no it will not, if you don't have the shiny version if the mon it will still cost a huge amount of stardust
