My first attempt at creating a team. Most of the EVs are just a guess and are probably incorrectly placed, so I would like advice in that. Also id like to know if I should remove or add another Pokémon. The moves are also another guess, I dont know all the moves in the game so idk if I chose the correct ones.
I know mega excadrill is not optimal but I want to use him so he cant be removed

I think you've got a strong weakness to rain, and having talonflame in sand is counter intuitive as it breaks sash and negates gale wings, kommo-o ideally wants redirection to help it set up and so it doesn't take fairy type attacks, incin definitely does not want flamethrower, it wants flare blitz, you also have a strong weakness to fighting, not sure who i'd replace given you want to use mega excadrill but usually garchomp is on sand to deal with sneasler and other fighting types

EVs are slightly adjustable depends on people's opinion but this is a rough draft on a backbone core here (Similar core to my Mega Zard X team)

Corviknight and milotic should be tanky enough to live one electro shot,here is the reasoning why i use it

Corviknight is a solid tailwind setter currently while also not bad at dealing with Eternal Floette
Milotic is here to stop setups/stat drops with Haze and act as a speed control.
Scarf Garchomp is enough to stop mega Zard Y and should outspeed most meta threats like Aerodactyl

The only thing you have to beware is Mega Froslass since your team is weak to ice
