To counter the abundance of tail wind whimsicott i wanted to do trick rain and not have to deal with fake out.
Starmie clashes with this team hard ik but its the strongest water type physically due to huge power.

My thought process is my team does not outspeed any high investment mons and especially sun venu

Specifically, the whimsical matchup for tailwind, opposing rain teams and also still be able to function in other Weathers. I just wanted a way to deal with tailwind, if all else
