You might need that extra Speed in that scenario.

I usually deal with Chi yu with Miraidon, after an icy wind it will always be slower than miraidon

But I think you should also perhaps hit 150 to outspeed Sash Adamant Urshifu and Adamant Scarfshifu at -1 Speed.

Ogerpon and Shifu both really want to kill each other, so being able to get the advantage on it and not risk the Speed tie is really important.
