Knock Off Over Low Kick
Will-o-Wisp over Flare Blitz
Tera Type has to change to a defensive one

Zacian:
Tera Ground Blast Helps with the coverage against Tera Fire Koraidon in case Kyogre is dead
The EVs are not optimised
Even with SD Zacian you don't run Tera Grass from my knowledge

And now team exclusives Problems:

Rillaboom:
AV Rillaboom is more potent on this meta than Choice Band,even with Band you usually run Tera Ground for the Extra High Horsepower damage

Clefairy and Primarina:
Not really that useful on Zac Ogre teams,especially Urshifu is on the picture can replace Primarina easily
Even with Clefairy is workable you usually run Defensive Tera like Water or Grass

Ogerpon:
Needs more bulk,speed can run at maximum 154 Raw speed (Not EV spread speed) for outspeeding Modest Lando

When I click on the current ruleset for double battles, Regulation I, you can see that it allows me to now click the Battle button and find an opponent in that ruleset

Bo3 just means best of three, the one without that is best of one and is probably better to start with
