First off, since it's VGC, some of the EVs are unoptimal, in this case your Glimmora and Incin
After the first 4, it's multiples of 8 per stat point so there's oddities there. If you can't do the math well, the Showdown sliders automatically go by the increments

Now as for the contents
That is fine though with no bulk I'd honestly like to see a Sash or something like an Indeedee Female or something

Glimmora doesn't really work for this team

Primarina is really outclassed and even sets like that would want defensive tera and protect

If you're really wanting to use Incin and Iron Hands, I would suggest using Goggles Incin and AV Hands, though AV Incin by itself is fine. If AV I'd love to see Grass tera and Knock Off is better than Darkest Lariat

Dragapult is outclassed too

Iron Hands needs some redistribution and I'd love to see the Assault Vest on it if you plan to keep it and Incineroar.
