Meowscarada doesn't do a ton in the current double battles meta, it's got a bad matchup into a lot of other pokemon. Also using dragonite can be a struggle given it gets outsped by basically every restricted and gets one hit KO'd by most all of them

If you're looking at Zacian, I'd really suggest adding a pokemon with tailwind support. Something like Tornadus or Whimsicott

and rest is not good at all on zama

If a zama for example just invests into speed ane defense 4 evs will be leftover for HP

When a zama invests in hp def sp def and speed the leftover will be 4 evs and you just dump it in atk
